What could be more fun to review than 100 glow sticks?? We had such fun using these!
In fact, I found so many fun ways to use these Glow Stick Bracelets, I even created a Pinterest board for you to get your own glow stick ideas!
Of course, having the kids each wear 3 Glow Stick Bracelets as a necklace made them easier to keep track of at the busy harvest carnival on Halloween.
I put some between the plastic outside and the glass inside in my Glasstic water bottle.
Eli made a glowing paracord bracelet.
I'd always thought Glow Stick Bracelets were just fun to wear, but it seems I'd been missing out on all sorts of alternate uses!
Ring toss!
Bowling!
This was crazy fun!
The "redneck light table" was a big hit, although, I should have taped the Glow Stick Bracelets farther apart.
We worked on 1 to one matching, 2 to one matching, we used our lid collection as "flowers" and the glow bracelets as "stems."
Other ideas for Glow Stick Bracelets use that I found include:
Tuck a few glow sticks into the emergency kit in your car, in case you get stranded in the dark.
Have your kids each wear a glow bracelet at the theater when you go to movies so you can keep track of them in the dark.
Place a glow bracelet in the bottom of a glass vase, add clear marbles, and then place glowing glow sticks like a floral arrangement.
We actually took a few glow sticks with us to China each trip, in case one of the kids was afraid of the dark.
These glow sticks sell for $8.99/100, and we got so much enjoyment out of them, I'd say they were worth several times as much.
What's your favorite thing to do with glow sticks? I'd love to add your ideas to my Pinterest board, too!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
Thanks for clicking for us!
I really like the paracord bracelet, glow stick bowling, and the light table idea. These are great! My kids saw this post, and want me to pick up some more glow sticks. Will check out your glow stick board, too. Thanks for these neat ideas!
ReplyDeleteEli is my paracord nut. :) I thought he'd made every possible kind, until I saw this idea!

DeleteWe make paracord bracelets here too, but I op would have never though to use glow sticks!! Very creative!
ReplyDeleteI can't claim credit for the idea; I saw it online somewhere. But Eli sure lit up when I suggested it to him. :)
Delete...tried to say, "I would have never thought to use light sticks..."
ReplyDeleteFunny how I didn't catch the typos until I hit the publish button!
