We had a very generous package arrive at our house recently from 4Knowledge-4Fun! I spent a couple hours looking over their website, and they have a lot of great toys! Some of our favorites, like Uncle Goose Blocks and GeoToys puzzles, and some things I've had my eye on but haven't tried out yet, like Magformers.
I recognized the Kimmidolls because Hannah got the Kimmidoll Journal last year for Christmas.
When I saw the Kimmidolls online, I though Hannah and Katie might like them. When they arrived, I realized I like them! They looked so cute on my messy desk. Not only that, but each doll comes with a sticker that can go in Hannah's journal (or anywhere, really).
I gave Hannah the pink one, and Katie the yellow one. They're nice, substantial little figurines. I like that they're made of resin, not plastic, so they have a nice heft to them. They're taller than Little People, but still nice and portable to take along in the car.
The girls agreed to pose for a picture for me, then ran off to play with the dolls.
A little while later, I peeked in on them and found them chirping away happily. The dolls were visiting the pandas that live in Hannah's dollhouse.
Now for the GIVEAWAY! 4Knowledge-4Fun has agreed to send one of my lucky readers these same two dolls after Christmas! (US only, please)
a Rafflecopter giveaway
STAY TUNED, because the super cute Kimmidolls weren't the only thing in our package! We'll be giving away Lauri Peg Stackers next week and Stomp Rockets the week after! Let's give 4Knowledge-4Fun a Facebook like for being so generous!
Thanks for clicking for us!
Very cute. I also like the Mimosa Cat Doll.
ReplyDeleteOh, that is cute! I like the plaid pants. :)
DeleteMy daughter would love this! She also loves anything Frozen, she is OBSESSED with that movie!! :-) Thanks for doing this giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteDid you see the indoor snow forts?? I bet she'd love those.
DeleteThese are so cute! I have a few girls who would like them. I am also intrigued by the Name That Country game.
ReplyDeleteSince there's 2, L & G could each have one. :) Or sweet H could have both.
DeleteWhere did you get the dollhouse with the pandas, cute table and tea set? My daughter would really like this.
ReplyDeleteAh, that's Calico Critters. They have dollhouses and accessories, and the families are all different types of animals, instead of humans. That appealed to me, since I couldn't decide if I should get Hannah a white family or an Asian family, so I got pandas instead!
DeleteTheir whole science section looks fun for my boys!
ReplyDeleteI know, right? That bouncy ball kit looks so cool!
DeleteYour dolls look like your girls! So cute!
ReplyDelete:D I picked the ones with the black hair for that reason, rather than the pink or yellow haired ones.
DeleteWe love the Car and Chopper Construction Kits!
ReplyDeleteThose look like so much fun! I was tempted by the plane one for Eli, but I think he's too old for it now.
DeleteI love the Caterpillar Rattle by Sevi!!! <3
ReplyDeleteThank you for the opportunity!
Simple wooden toys are awesome. Did you see the giraffe, too?
DeleteWe also like the Racing Car Construction Kit #89178 by Mic-o-Mic from Autruche.
ReplyDeleteThey remind me a little of the Green toys made from recycled milk cartons. :)
DeleteI like the build it yourself walking robot
ReplyDeleteHey, thanks for pointing that out! Someone was asking where they could find robot kits. I'll have to pass that on! :)
DeleteI like the Goodwood Deconstruction Blocks or any of the build it yourself toys!
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm seriously jonesing for those blocks! I like the right angle ones and the flat ones the best. They look SO cool!
DeleteI love the Spirograph. My children are artsy so I'm sure they would enjoy that!
ReplyDeleteI had one as a kid! :) I spent HOURS playing with that thing!
DeleteThey have some really great stuff! I used to love my spirograph when I was little and I bet my kids would enjoy it as well. Wow, I haven't seen one in years.
ReplyDeleteI know! I didn't realize they still made those.
DeleteAbsolutely! My kids have enjoyed simple sewing projects.
ReplyDeleteThis looks fun. Nature's Energy Kit, Science X #18969 by Ravensburger
ReplyDeletehttp://www.4knowledge-4fun.com/Natures-Energy-Kit-Science-X-18969-by-Ravensburger_p_867.html
That does look like a good one! Ravensburger is known for their high quality puzzles and non competitive games, too.
DeleteIt's really hard picking which neat to share here ha ha. I loved the My Tool Belt & Box #288 by babalu, Inc.
ReplyDeleteI have a friend whose little boy loves tools--like his daddy. :) Great fine motor manipulatives!
DeleteI love the teething bracelet. My daughter tries to eat every piece of jewelry that I put on. She'd be shocked to have one that she was actually allowed to chew on!! I also like the Lamby Baby doll. SOOO cute!!
ReplyDeleteThe "chewelry" concept came too late for my babies, but it's a brilliant idea, isn't it? :)
DeleteI like the Plane Construction Kit #89002 by Mic-o-Mic from Autruche.
ReplyDeleteMy Eli loves airplanes. :)
DeleteOh I like this one:
ReplyDeleteMy First Creative Collage Monsters #66178 by The Orb Factory Limited
My 4 year old would love this!
I don't have any experience with the Orb Factory toys. They remind me of the Perler beads a little bit, though, and my kids love those!
DeleteThe Orb Factory Products are mostly peel and stick which means you do not use an iron and ironing paper. Most of the projects are great for travel. Their Plush Craft line reminds me of a more simple version of punch needle kind of project I did as a teenager.
DeleteOh, that's good to know, thanks! I thought they were like the beads that stick with water.
DeleteThere is also a portion of The Orb Factory that is magnetic so it is reusable.
DeleteSounds like I should give these sets a closer look! Thank you for taking the time to share with me, and with my readers. Tis the season for toy shopping, and knowledge is power! :)
DeleteI found the Mini Eni puzzle that will be perfect for when we're traveling and standing in line on vacation this winter.
ReplyDeleteSometimes having a toy in your purse can be a lifesaver to relieve boredom!
