Cottonelle #LetsTalkBums with a Funny Story

When Hannah first potty trained, I was concerned about her ability to get herself clean with only one hand.  Logistically, it was a bit of a challenge, considering:  little girl, big toilet, and limb differences.  Daddy came to the rescue by building her a special wooden box that attached to the cabinet, and held moist wipes.  With the wipe box held in place by the wooden box, she could manage the system on her own.

That was my first experience with buying flushable wipes on a regular basis.

Today I want to talk to you about using wipes as a grown up.  CVS and Cottonelle have teamed with a coupon for you to try out Cottonelle's wet/dry system.

Cottonelle Clean Care toilet paper and Cottonelle Flushable Cleansing Cloths are available at your local CVS store.  In fact, when I went to pick mine up, they were even on sale!  Score!  You'll want to print your coupon now and get in there soon.

Being a woman, there are times when a little extra cleansing is welcome, of course, but even on a day to day basis, moist wipes can be refreshing.

Actually, I think moist wipes are a good idea for the whole family.  If you're the mom, doubtless you've come across something in the laundry that made you wish someone had used a wipe, am I right?

This brings me to a funny story.  Recently, I came downstairs to discover that Someone had poked a hole in the roll of paper towels.  I was really annoyed and said, "Whoever did this, I hope your butt itches!"  Well, funny thing.  I picked up a certain, nameless child later that day and stopped at the grocery store.  We hadn't gone more than 3 aisles when they said, "My butt itches!"  (As an aside, why do they feel the need to tell me these things??)  I whirled around, pointer finger out and said, "Ah HA!  It was YOU!"  Said child had not been present when I placed the curse, so I got a wide eyed, "What was me?"  Turns out... IT REALLY WAS THAT CHILD that poked the holes in the paper towels!  (And my street cred shot up with all the kids for being able to "curse" someone.)

I'll have to come up with a new "curse" now, if the whole family starts using moist wipes.

The Cottonelle Fresh Care cleansing cloths were easy to set up, and my package even came with a coupon toward a refill pack!  (And Box Tops for the kids' schools, bonus!)

Confession?  I'm kind of a TP snob.  The kids all use Costco TP, but my bathroom has a brand noted for being squeezable.  So I was a little nervous about trying out Cottonelle.

However, I was impressed right out of the package!  It was very squishable.

Do you like the 2 roll holder that Paul made for our bathroom?  It just so happens to fit our new wipes there, too.  We're armed for whatever comes up (er, out?) now.

Print the coupon and head to CVS for your own supplies!

    1. They already refer to my essential oils as "witch doctor stuff" so the curse has them wary of my "magical powers" LOL.
