They make me laugh.
They make me roll my eyes.
And they make me really glad
that we live in the age of digital photography.
Because if I wasted this much film
on these goof buckets,
I'd be broke or annoyed, or both.
"Mom! The sidewalk hurts my elbow!"
But every once in a while
I get nice shots
that make me happy.
So I keep trying.
And trying.
In the hopes that
this will be one of those times.
Luke says, "I can either put my hands on the pumpkin"
"OR look at you."
"Not both."
Seriously?
Sigh.
And this beauty was taken when I had finished with all the pictures for the day, and I caught sight of my little couch potatoes sporting nap hair.
So attractive.

I'm glad I'm not the only one whose kids give me pictures like that :) Definitely LOVE having a digital camera!

I remember when our first digital camera was a Big Deal. Now, everybody has them in their phones!
DeleteWe got our first digital camera as a baby gift when our first child was born. What a blessing that was! It didn't take long to realized how wonderful a digital camera is when trying to take pictures of a baby :) I still prefer my camera to a phone. It takes much better pictures!
DeleteThe big kids were born when we had the film camera, and they have huge baby books and photo albums. The younger kids were born when all our pictures were digital, and have very thin baby albums. I need to make them each a CD to make myself feel better, lol.
